Information

Information

APCOA Flow is a unified mobility ecosystem designed to manage parking and EV charging across 14 European markets. Originally a collection of fragmented white-label solutions, the projects goal was to rebrand and evolve this ecosystem into a single, scalable product experience.

As a UX/UI Designer and Brand & Design System Lead, I led the rebranding of the platform and built the new design system from the ground up. I defined a new visual language and engineered a robust design system capable of translating complex market requirements into a cohesive framework. My work focused on bridging the gap between brand identity and product structure, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.

Collaborating with cross-functional tech teams and international stakeholders, we developed a sophisticated information architecture. I designed an extensive component library optimized for both light and dark modes, prioritizing accessibility and ease of use for everything from traditional parking to EV charging infrastructure. The result is a future-ready platform that defines APCOA FLOWs identity as a leader in European mobility.
